MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota Timberwolves have unveiled their latest City Edition uniforms for the 2023-24 season, drawing inspiration from the vibrant culture and iconic landmarks of Minneapolis.

The new jerseys feature a bold blue base with a distinctive pattern inspired by the Mississippi River, which flows through the heart of the city. The iconic Minneapolis skyline, including the Guthrie Theater and the Stone Arch Bridge, is subtly incorporated into the design, representing the city's architectural heritage.

"We wanted to create a uniform that truly reflects our city's unique spirit and energy," said Timberwolves Vice President of Brand Marketing John Thomas. "This jersey embodies the vibrant culture, iconic landmarks, and the unwavering resilience of Minneapolis."

The uniforms also feature the team's signature "Prince" logo, a nod to the legendary musician whose music and style have become synonymous with Minneapolis.

The Timberwolves will debut their new City Edition uniforms on October 20th, when they host the Oklahoma City Thunder at Target Center.
